The Fiber Coupled Frequency shifter from CSRayzer are Acousto-Optic Frequency Shifters that operate at wavelengths of 1030 nm, 1064 nm, 1550 nm, and 2000 nm. They deliver an average optical power of 0.5 W - 5 W and have an ultrasonic velocity of 4200 m/s. These TeO2 acousto optic frequency shifters have a frequency of 20 MHz, 80 MHz, 100 MHz, 120 MHz, 150 MHz & 300 MHz and frequency shift of ± 40 MHz - ± 200 MHz. They have a polarization extinction ratio of 20 dB (minimum) & 50 dB and VSWR of 1.2:1 (40 MHz/80 MHz/100 MHz/ 120MHz) & 1.5:1 (150 MHz/200MHz).

These AO frequency shifters have a radio frequency power of 2.5 W and an input impedance of 50 Ohms.
