The LI8020SA from Canon are 250 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensors that have a resolution of 19568 (H) x 12588 (V) pixels. They have a rolling shutter that deliver a frame rate of 5 fps (full frame readout). These CMOS image sensors have a pixel size of 1.5 µm x 1.5 µm and dark random noise of 3.8 e-rms (at 12 dB). They have two filter types: RGB & monochrome filters that have a sensitivity of 4600 e/lx/sec (green) and 11000 e/lx/sec (monochrome).

The LI8020SA have 16 digital output channels and single Region of Interest (ROI) windowing. They are available in a compact package that measures 29.35 mm x 18.88 mm and are ideal for 3D metrology, aerial mapping, aeronautic imaging, digital archiving, document scanning, flat panel display inspection, Intelligent traffic systems (ITS), machine vision, medical imaging, packaging, inspection, scientific research, security & wide area surveillance applications.
