The Lince11M from Teledyne e2v is an 11.2 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor that has a resolution of 4480 (H) x 2496 (V). It has a global shutter and delivers a frame rate of 615 fps. This image sensor has a pixel size of 6 µm with an APS-like format and has a dynamic range of 60 dB. It has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a temporal read noise of 45 e-. This image sensor has a maximum quantum efficiency of 60% and consumes 3.6 W of power at full speed with a 10-bit ADC.

The Lince11M features windowing, flipping, temperature sensor, and trigger management for ultra-low trigger to exposure latency & jitter. It has anti-reflective coated glass and B/W & monochrome color filters. This CMOS image sensor is available in a Ceramic µPGA package that measures 50 x 46 mm and is ideal for high-speed industrial inspection, semiconductors (Wafer, Flat Panel), electronics (Ball Grid, PCB), motion capture, slow motion imaging, research, ballistic, and crash tests applications.
