The SC130GS from SmartSens Technology is a 1.3 Megapixel CMOS Linear Image Sensor that has a resolution of 1288 (H) x 1032 (V). It has a global shutter in a 1/2.7" optical format that delivers a maximum frame rate of 240 fps. This backside-illuminated CMOS image sensor has a pixel size of 4 µm x 4 µm and dynamic range of 60 dB. It has a signal-to-noise ratio of 40 dB and sensitivity of 8000 mV/lux.s. This image sensor can be controlled via 10-bit or 8-bit DVP, 10-bit or 8-bit 1/2/4 lane MIPI, and 10-bit or 8-bit 1/2/4 lane LVDS output interfaces. It supports RAW, mono & RGB color filters and requires a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V (analog), 1.5 V (digital) & 1.8 V - 3.3 V (I/O). This image sensor is available in a 64-pin CLCC package that measures 13 mm x 13mm and is ideal for FA/logistics bar code readers, IoT cameras, logistics robots, ITS systems, intelligent retail systems & machine vision system applications.
