The ProViewTM LD from NorthLab Photonics is a Fiber End Face Interferometer that has a resolution of 2560 (H) x 1920 (V) pixels. It has a fiber cladding diameter of 125 µm - 720 µm and field of view of 800 µm. This interferometer has an absolute accuracy of 0.03° standard deviation (less than 400 µm, ROI = 90%) & 0.02° standard deviation (greater than 400 µm, ROI = 90%) and a relative accuracy of 5% - 2°. It has a CMOS sensor that supports JPEG, PNG, TIFF & GIF image file formats and uses optional PASS/FAIL cleave angle indication. This interferometer can be controlled via PC and is compatible with Windows 8/8.1/10 64-bit operating systems. It features a USB 3.0 Type-A port with a cable length of 2 meters. This interferometer is available in a standard package that measures 86 (W) x 127 (D) x 93 (H) mm and is ideal for 2D & 3D topography applications.
