The CLEAVEMETER 3D™ from Nyfors Teknologi is an Optical Fiber End-Face Interferometer that has a camera resolution of 1280 (H) x 1024 (V) pixels. It has a fiber cladding diameter of 125 µm  - 1200 µm and fiber coating thickness of 250 µm  - 1500 µm. This interferometer has an image scale of 125 µm per pixel and provides data in 8-bit JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and BMP/24-bit BMP image file formats. It has a relative cleave angle accuracy of 5 % and absolute accuracy of 0.01%.

The CLEAVEMETER 3D™ includes autofocus for fast and automated focusing of the camera and has a shutter option. It can be controlled via a USB 2.0 port and is available in a mechanical bench-top design that measures 97 mm (W) x 179 mm (D) x 142 mm (H). This interferometer is ideal for full-resolution surface topography reconstruction, 2D view of surface topography & pointwise slope, and 3D view of surface topography applications.
