The WLD-150-405 from World Star Tech is a Continuous Wave Violet Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 405 nm. It delivers an output power of 150 mW and has a differential efficiency of 1.7 mW/mA. This single-mode laser diode has a parallel beam divergence of 9 degrees and perpendicular beam divergence of 19 degrees. It has a parallel & perpendicular FFP deviation angle of 0 degrees and polarization ratio of 100:1. This laser diode has a monitor current of 0.4 mA and reverse voltage of 2 V (LD) & 30 V (PD). It requires a threshold current of 40 mA, DC voltage of 5 V, and consumes 130 mA of current. This laser diode is available in a 5.6 mm package and is ideal for excitation, bioanalytical, and photolithography & curing applications.
