The ATLEX 1000 L from ATL Lasertechnik are Excimer Lasers that use ArF or KrF as the gas medium. These gas lasers operate at wavelengths of 193 nm (ArF) or 248 nm (KrF) with a maximum repetition rate of 1000 Hz. They have a pulse duration of 5 - 8 ns and deliver an average power of 8 W (ArF) & 10 W (KrF). These lasers have a maximum pulse energy of 10 mJ (ArF) & 15 mJ (KrF) and beam divergence of 2 x 1 mrad. The beam dimension measures 6 (V) x 4 (H) mm and have an energy stability of ± 2%.
The ATLEX 1000 L have flushable optics holder, an integrated 4-valve system for easy gas handling, and can be air cooled or liquid cooled (optional). These lasers support RS-485, RS232, USB & fiber optic interface for system integration and are RoHS compliant. They require an AC supply voltage of 230 V and consume 10 A of current. These gas lasers are available in a module that measures 600 (L) x 415 (W) x 567 (H) and are ideal for industrial, analytical, medical and research applications.
