The OYAT 80-515 from BLOOM LASERS is a Quasi Continuous Wave Laser that operates at a wavelength of 515 nm. It delivers an output power of 80 W and has a power stability of 2%. This vertically polarized picosecond laser has a linear polarization ratio above 100:1, wavelength accuracy of ± 0.1 nm, and pulse width of 30 ps. It has a pulse repetition rate of 30 MHz and pulse-to-pulse energy stability of 3% RMS. This laser has TEM00 beam spatial mode with a beam quality factor (M2) of less than 1.2. It has a beam divergence of up to 0.45 mrad and produces a beam of diameter 3.5 mm ± 0.35 mm. This laser has a beam circularity greater than 90 % and long-term beam pointing stability of less than 25 µrad (full-angle).
The OYAT 80-515 has a beam waist location (from exit face of output window) of 0 m ± 4 m and astigmatism of 30 %. This laser has a field-replaceable sacrificial window unit and an internal power monitoring system. It can be controlled via ethernet, RS-232 or USB interfaces for external communications. This laser requires an AC supply voltage of 100 - 240 V and consumes less than 900 W of power. It is available in a HALT design package with a laser head that measures 1146 x 250 x 169 mm and is ideal for TGV - Through Glass Via drilling, welding, cutting, semiconductor wafer processing, solar cell manufacturing, and high-brightness laser applications.
