The ML2240-Series from FrankFurt Laser Company is a Temperature Stabilized Fiber-Coupled Laser Diode Module that operates from 450 to 1060 nm. This laser delivers an output power of up to 1.5 W with power stability of less than ±3% and requires 3 to 12 V of power supply. It can operate over a temperature range from -10°C to +50°C and is available in a compact 133.5 x 40 x 22 mm package. As an option, this module is available with a potentiometer for power adjustment, external TTL modulation of up to 1 MHz and analog modulation of up to 100 kHz.
