The LXQ Series from Laserax are Ytterbium-doped fiber type Lasers that operate at 1064 nm. This Laser series can create permanent marks including data matrix codes, QR codes, serial numbers, alphanumeric characters, and logos. They have a nominal pulse repetition rate of 20, 30, 50, and 100 kHz and can deliver an output power of 20, 30, 50, and 100 W in a perfect beam. This laser series require a supply voltage of 24 V and consumes 550 W of power. They exhibit a pulse width of 100 ns with a 3 m fiber cable, 125 ns with a 5 m fiber cable, and have a pulse energy of up to 1 mJ. This laser series is secured with OpenVPN and supports terminal block I/O interface and M12-5 position sensor cables. They are available in a focal length of 254 and 420 mm, respectively, and have a maximum scanning speed of 30 m/s with a nominal spot size of 0.125 mm.
The LXQ Series is designed with features like the highest part-positioning tolerance generate perfect markings, eliminating scraps due to non-compliant quality. Laserax&rsquos exclusive post-process treatments resistant markings allow permanent marking even for parts going through shot blasting, e-coating, chrome plating, and heat treatment. Each laser system is delivered pre-configured, precalibrated, and pre-tested and can be controlled using PROFINET and Ethernet/IP.
The LXQ Series includes plug & play functions, quick start programs for Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, and a web-based HMI interface. The laser source inside the devices are available in 4U and 3U rackmount and measure 483 x 177 x 500 mm. The laser heads are available in both 2D (340 x 150 x 138 mm) and 3D (489 x 162 x 170 mm) packages and are approved by cULus Listed, CE regulatory bodies. They are ideal for fiber laser engraving system, fiber laser etching system, fiber laser annealing system and laser cleaning, texturing, and hardening applications.
