The Plasma Series from Litron Lasers are diode pumped, pulsed, Q-switched Nd:YAG lasers with output energies of up to 450 mJ and repetition rates of up to 200 Hz. These lasers have long diode lifetime of more than 4 billion pulses and deliver a class leading pulse to pulse stability of 0.2% RMS at 1064 nm. They are available in 1064 nm, 532 nm, 355 nm, 266 nm and 213 nm options. The Plasma Series is ideal for laser shock peening, semiconductor annealing, laser cleaning, semiconductor and display inspection applications.
