The AEROPULSE FS60 from NKT Photonics is an Ultra-Short Femtosecond Pulsed Laser with an output wavelength of 1030 nm. It delivers an output power of over 50 W and has power stability (RMS) of 0.5 %. The laser produces over 40 µJ of pulse energy with a repetition rate of 1-2 MHz, and has a pulse duration from 500 to 3000 fs. It requires an AC supply from 100-240 V and consumes less than 600 W of power. The laser diode in this laser is based on photonic crystal fiber technology that provides excellent beam pointing stability and can be controlled via RS-232 interfaces for remote diagnostics.

The AEROPULSE FS60 utilizes state-of-the-art mode-locking technology to deliver ultra-short femtosecond pulses with outstanding long-term stability, superior pulse-to-pulse stability, low noise, and excellent beam pointing stability. The laser head measures 647.5 x 142 x 350 cubic mm and is ideal for thin-film cutting, glass cutting, stent, medical devices, IC package cutting, scribing, OPA pumping, and material processing applications.
