The Frequad-W from OXIDE Corporation is a Continuous Wave Deep-Ultraviolet (DUV) Laser that operates at a wavelength of 213 nm. It delivers an output power of 10 mW and has a linewidth of up to 0.005 pm. This single-frequency wavelength conversion laser has a TEM00 beam spatial mode and exhibits vertical & linear polarizations with an extinction ratio above 100:1.

The Frequad-W incorporates proprietary high-speed servo-locking technology to enable stable CW laser operation. It requires an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V and consumes less than 300 W of power. This air-cooled laser is available in a compact package with a laser head that measures 240 mm (L) x 840 mm (W) x 160 mm (H) and is ideal for semiconductor inspection, photoemission spectroscopy, UV microscope, UV Raman spectroscopy & FBG writing applications.
