The IceFyre UV30 from Spectra-Physics is a Picosecond Laser that provides more than 30 W of UV output power at 500 kHz (>60 µJ) and delivers exceptional repetition rate from single shot to 10 MHz. The laser provides pulse-on-demand and positions synchronized output (PSO) triggering with the lowest jitter in its class for high-quality processing at high scan speeds, e.g. when using a polygon scanner. It is available in a module that measures 889.0 x 308.0 x 193.8 mm and is ideal for 5G flexible printed circuits (FPC) cutting/drilling, OLED processing, and PCB processing applications. IceFyre lasers’ automatic data logging software monitors all key laser performance parameters over the life of the laser, providing a powerful service/preventative maintenance diagnostics feature and product reliability tool.
