The IMPRESS 213 from Xiton Photonics GmbH is a Solid-State Diode Pumped Q-Switched Laser that operates at a wavelength of 213 nm. It delivers an output power of 150 mW and has a pulse energy of 15 μJ. This laser has a pulse duration of 6 ns - 8 ns and repetition rate of 1 kHz - 30 kHz. It has a Gaussian TEM00 beam profile with a beam quality factor (M2) of up to 1.6. This laser supports graphical user interface and LabVIEW libraries.

The IMPRESS 213 has an integrated N2 Gas flow regulator and is CDRH compliant. It requires an AC supply voltage of 85 V - 264 V and consumes 300 W of power. This laser is available in a compact package that measures 395 x 320 x 96 mm³ (laser head) and 447 x 440 x 134 mm³ (chiller). It is ideal for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) fabrication, wavelength-sensitive processes, micromachining, semiconductor inspection, photoluminescence measurements, and replacement for frequency-doubled Ar-Ion lasers applications.
