The LM301B EVO from Samsung Semiconductors are LEDs that have a luminous flux of 33 lm - 36 lm & 35.5 lm - 38.5 lm (at 2700 K), 33.7 lm - 36.7 lm, 35.5 lm - 40.5 lm & 36.5 lm - 39.5 lm (at 3000 K), 34.5 lm - 37.5 lm, 37.5 lm - 40.5 lm & 37.5 lm - 41.5 lm (at 3500 K), 35.8 lm - 38.8 lm (at 4000 K & 5700 K), 36.4 lm - 39.4 lm (at 5000 K), 39 lm - 42 lm & 39 lm - 43 lm (at 4000 K, 5000 K & 5700 K) and 35.3 lm - 38.3 lm & 38 lm - 41.5 lm (at 6500 K). They deliver an output power of 0.3 W and have a beam angle of 120 deg. These LEDs have a color rendering index (CRI) of 70, 80 and 90. They have a forward voltage of 2.6 V - 2.7 V and reverse voltage of 0.7 V - 1.2 V. These LEDs are available in a package that measures 245 ± 5 mm x 220 ± 5 mm x 182 ± 5 mm and 245 ± 5 mm x 220 ± 5 mm x 86 ± 5 mm.
