The ID2820 from SPOT Imaging is a 5 Megapixel Digital CMOS Camera that has an active resolution of 2592 (H) x 1944 (V) pixels. It has a rolling shutter in a 1/2.5" optical format that delivers a frame rate of 76 fps (at 640 x 480 ROI at full resolution), 28 fps (full frame at 1/2 resolution), and 7 fps (full frame at full resolution). This camera has a pixel size of 2.2 μm x 2.2 μm and an active imager size of 5.7 mm (H) x 4.28 mm (V).
The ID2820 has a sensor readout frequency of 72 MHz and full well depth of 7600 e-. It has a readout noise of 6.5 e- rms and non-linearity of 1%.
