The IMX991-AABJ-C from Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation is a 0.34 Megapixel SWIR Sensor that has a spectral range of 400 nm - 1700 nm. It has a global shutter in a 1/4" optical format that delivers a frame rate of 258 fps (for 8-bit ADC), 240 fps (for 10-bit ADC), and 137 fps (for 12-bit ADC).
