The HASO4 First from Imagine Optic is a Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor that operates at a wavelength of 350 nm - 1100 nm. It has a repeatability of up to lambda/200 (RMS) and spatial sampling of 100 μm. This wavefront sensor has an absolute wavefront measurement accuracy of lambda/100 (RMS) and a local radius of curvature from ± 0.008 m to ± &infin. It has an aperture dimension of 4.5 mm x 3.7 mm and 44 x 36 microlenses. This wavefront sensor has a maximum acquisition frequency of 125 Hz or 30 Hz and focal length of 20 mm with a sensitivity of 1 μm RMS.
The HASO4 First has a calibration bandwidth of ± 50 nm and control & adjustment of axial laser beam deviation of 5 μrad RMS. It supports the Windows 10 & 11 operating system & WAVEVIEW metrology software and has an optional SDK. This wavefront sensor can be controlled via USB 3 or optional GigE converter interfaces. It dissipates a power of 3.1 W and is available in a package that measures 60 (L) mm x 47 (W) mm x 42 (H) mm and is ideal for optical metrology, microscopy & laser diagnostics applications.
